We are a family owned, inspired, and operated restaurant. Our restaurant blends three generations of Pho and other traditionally Vietnamese recipes together to create a unique dining experience.

Traditional Vietnamese cuisine has been known for thousands of years for its healthy balance of meats, fruits, and vegetables as well as its nutritional benefits. Authentic herbs used in our foods include sage, lemongrass, ginger, mint, lime, basil leaves, coriander, and cinnamon. We use these ingredients to balance the five fundamental taste senses to make your meal both pleasing to the body in flavor and in health.

Our dishes originate from our family’s hometowns (Ninh Hoa, Phan Rang, Nha Trang and Saigon). Our family has come together to make this restaurant a reality – and we are bringing the best of our culture to you!
